Heikal’s main focus is on the HDB and non-landed private residential.

Started his career in 2009 dealing with local and foreign investors in the residential D1 and D2.

Currently he helps homeowners strategise their property upgrade in the OCR region of Singapore.

Elfi started his career in 2010 at D1 and D16 serving local residential investors.

In 2016 he started his shift towards RCR homeowners who wants to maximise their property holdings.

He now helps young families in the OCR region to plan for their retirement through smart and strategic property choices.

Clinton started his career in D15 notably at Costa Rhu and Pebble Bay.

He now serves property investors in the private landed segment and non-landed private properties in the CCR region.
